Returns are accepted ONLY for specific reasons:

  • Wrong item delivered (different from what you ordered)
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defects

  • Change of mind (“pasand nahi aaya”)

  • Color differences due to screen variations

What are the conditions for returns? +

  • With original tags – All labels and tags intact
  • Complete unboxing video – Recorded from package opening

  • Original packaging – In the same package it came in
